What we build
4 questionsWhat does Quivo Labs actually build?
Custom websites, landing pages, internal tools, web apps, and micro-SaaS products. Anything that runs in a browser and helps a small business move faster, look better, or stop running on spreadsheets. We do not use templates and we do not resell SaaS. Every project is coded from scratch for the client.
Do you build native iOS or Android apps?
Most of our app work is web-based: progressive web apps and responsive web apps that install on a phone home screen and feel native. If you genuinely need a native iOS or Android build, tell us about the project and we'll let you know if it's a fit or recommend someone better.
Do you build internal tools and dashboards?
Yes. Internal tools is one of our core lines of work. Custom dashboards, schedulers, admin panels, CRM-style tools, inventory systems, anything that replaces a tangle of spreadsheets and shared docs. We build for your team, on your data, with the workflows your business actually uses.
Can you build me a SaaS product or MVP?
Yes. We ship MVPs that real users pay for. Tell us the problem, the audience, and roughly what success looks like. We'll come back with a scope and a price for a v1 you can put in front of customers.
Process and timeline
3 questionsHow long does a project take?
Most websites ship in 3 to 7 days. Landing pages are usually faster. Tools, portals, and small apps depend on scope but typically 2 to 4 weeks. SaaS MVPs are quoted per project. We agree on a fixed timeline before any work starts so you know exactly when to expect delivery.
How does the process work?
Email us. Describe the problem, the business, and what success looks like. Within one business day we reply with a clear scope, a fixed timeline, and a price. If it's a fit, we move. If it isn't, we'll tell you and point you somewhere better. No discovery decks. No 45-minute intro calls.
I'm not technical. Can you still work with me?
Yes. Most of our clients are restaurant owners, salon owners, contractors, clinics, and other local service businesses who don't have a developer on staff. We translate what you need into what gets built and explain everything in plain language. If you can send an email, you can work with us.
Pricing and ownership
4 questionsHow much does a project cost?
It depends on scope. We quote each project as a fixed price upfront so there are no surprises. Email us with a description of what you need and we'll come back within a business day with a number. No retainers, no monthly fees, no hourly billing creep.
Do I own what you build?
Yes. 100%. Once the project is paid, the code and assets belong to you. Host it anywhere, hand it to another developer, or keep us on for ongoing changes. No locked-in subscriptions, no proprietary platforms, no holding your work hostage.
What about hosting and ongoing maintenance?
Websites include the first year of hosting, security updates, and small content changes. After that you can stay with us for a small annual fee or take the project anywhere you want. Apps and custom tools are quoted with maintenance options upfront so there are no surprises after launch.
Can I make changes after the project ships?
Yes. Revisions are included until you're happy with v1. After launch, you can request changes anytime, hire another developer, or learn it yourself since you own the code. We're also available for ongoing work if you'd rather stay with the team that knows the project.
Quality and technical
3 questionsDo you use templates or page builders?
No. Every project is coded from scratch. Templates make every business look the same, and page builders produce slow, bloated sites that are painful to maintain. We write clean, lightweight code so your project loads fast, ranks well, and is something a future developer can actually work with.
Are your sites mobile-friendly and SEO-ready?
Every website is mobile-first and built with current SEO best practices: clean semantic markup, fast load times, schema where it matters, and analytics setup. Internal tools and apps get the same care on responsive design so your team can use them on phones in the field.
Will my site or app be fast?
Yes. Speed is a core part of how we build. No bloated page builders, no unnecessary plugins, no drag-and-drop overhead. Most sites we ship load in under 2 seconds. Apps are profiled and tuned before launch.
About us
2 questionsWho is Quivo Labs?
A small team that builds websites, internal tools, and apps for small businesses. We exist because every local business deserves real software, not a template, and not the cost of an agency. We're not a giant corporation and we're not a freelance marketplace. We're the team that picks up the phone when you have a question, and we ship work we'd be happy to put our name on.
Can you replace my current developer or agency?
Often, yes. We take over existing sites, finish stalled projects, and rebuild things that aren't working. Send us what you have and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help or whether you're better off elsewhere.
Getting started
2 questionsHow do I get started?
Email [email protected] with a few sentences about your business and what you're trying to build. We reply within one business day with a scope, timeline, and price. No forms. No funnels. No sales calls.
What if I'm not sure what I need yet?
Tell us the problem, not the solution. "My team wastes 5 hours a week on a spreadsheet" is enough to start. We'll come back with options and what each would take. The scoping conversation is free.
Email us. We reply personally.
No chatbots. No ticket systems. Real answers from the team that builds your project.
